Alzheimer's Disease Study

A 23 month study on an investigational secretase inhibitor on the progression of Alzheimer's Disease as compared with placebo.

Study Participants Must:

Be at least 55 years of age
Meet criteria for probable to moderate Alzheimer's Disease
Have a reliable caregiver who can accompany patient to all study visits
Not have a serious or unstable illness
Be able to swallow whole oral medications
