Research Volunteers Needed

The primary goal of Research in the Department of Psychiatry is to provide patients with competent and compassionate care while expanding medical knowledge through research in a clinical setting. The Department of Psychiatry at LSUHSC-S offers many ongoing and new studies in the Psychopharmacology Research Clinic, the Laboratory of Biological Psychiatry, the Molecular Neuroscience Research Center and the Sleep Research Center. Clinical Trials enable researchers to seek new ways to treat and prevent illness through efficient and safe research.
